Good News: JAMB 2014 Utme: House Of Reps Want Jamb Results To Be Lasting For 3 Years!

This is good news for Jamb candidates, this
means if you have
written Jamb the previous year and you are not
admitted into the school of your choice, you
can still use your Jamb Result to apply for
admission
again and again for 2 years, but will this really
be implemented?
The House Of Representative
at their meeting on wednesday, 4th December,
2013 discussed on the number of times an
average Nigerian student take the Unified
Tertiary
matriculation Examination, (UTME) before
gaining admission into Nigerian Universities of
Higher
Learning.
According to the House of Representative, With
the law in sight, if a Student sits for the UTME
and makes a good results, the result should be
Valid for a 3 year period, during which the
student can still
use to pursue admission into Higher Tertiary
Institutions without the need to register or re-
take the examination.
This law however, is still within the
house, and haven’t been agreed/passed yet.
